Courtyard at Château de Pierrefonds

The Château de Pierrefonds was built in the 14th century by Duke Louis of Orléans. It was destroyed during Louis XIII's reign, but Napoleon III later commissioned Eugène Viollet-le-Duc in the 17th century to rebuild it.
