Dwarf's ATM

Description

A Wroclaw Dwarf uses his ATM next to the human's ATM. The dwarves can be spotted throughout the city and were originally painted around the city as a method of peaceful protest against the communist system in the 1980s by The Orange Alternative. In the early 2000s, the city created its first dwarf statues in honor of the creative protesting method, and has continued adding more statues, leading to a dwarf population of more than 300.
